True Face Agile
Beschrijving:
Covid has shown the world the value of being flexible, adaptable, resilient. For people, for teams, for organisations, for organisational ecosystems. And while Covid is still amongst us and interfering with international business, new challenges are already popping up. We don’t know what will happen, what we do know is that the management paradigms that have been working for decades no longer are fit for the upcoming future.
Peter Coesmans, Chief Agility Officer for the Agile Business Consortium, will investigate with us on how business agility might be helping organisations to thrive and survive. He will be using the latest insights, based on collaborative work with the Business Agility Institute, Green Project Management. He will be sharing the latest on Agile Strategy, Leadership and Culture insights, and resilience. And will be discussing how it might impact people, teams, organisations and perhaps society.
