She created the Agile Marketing with SAFe course, founded the SAFe Business Agility podcast, and helped lead the latest evolution of the Agile Marketing Manifesto.

In this talk, we will be exploring how to involve business functionss in a large-scale Agile transformation. How does IT start to engage the business in Agile events? What happens when those business teams don’t practice Agile? What are some common pitfalls to avoid when taking your SAFe transformation into the business? We will be referencing real-world examples, including from banking and healthcare.
